Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website available at bizzoo-au.com, as presented on the review project Bizzoo, including all related content, products and services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026.

Important regional compliance notice for Australian users: The Service relates to an online casino brand operated offshore and licensed in Curaçao. According to public information from the Australian Communications and Media Authority ("ACMA"), services associated with Bizzo/Bizzoo are treated as an illegal offshore gambling service and are subject to blocking measures under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth). The Service is not authorised by any Australian regulator and is not directed at persons located in Australia. If you are in Australia, you must not use the Service to access or participate in real-money gambling.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether the terms are used in singular or plural, capitalised or not.

  • "Operator" means TechSolutions Group N.V., a company registered in Curaçao and licensed by Antillephone N.V. under licence number 8048/JAZ2017-067, together with any authorised agents and payment processors acting on its behalf, including TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited. References to "we", "us" or "our" are to the Operator, as presented on bizzoo-au.com.
  • "Website" means the domain bizzoo-au.com and any subdomains, mobile or other versions through which the Service is made available for review and informational purposes in connection with the Bizzoo brand.
  • "Service" means the online gambling-related services, games and associated content offered by or on behalf of the Operator in connection with the Bizzoo brand, as described on bizzoo-au.com, including but not limited to casino games, bonuses, promotions, information pages, account interfaces and support channels.
  • "Brand" or "Bizzoo" means the online casino brand "Bizzoo" operated under the above-mentioned Curaçao licence and reviewed under the project name Bizzoo.
  • "User" means any natural person who accesses or uses the Website or Service in any manner, whether or not such person has opened a Player Account.
  • "Player" means a User who has successfully completed the registration process with the Operator, has been verified to the Operator's satisfaction, and holds an active real-money player account.
  • "Player Account" or "Account" means a personal, non-transferable account opened and maintained with the Operator for the purpose of participating in the Service.
  • "Bet" or "Stake" means any amount of real money or bonus funds risked by a Player on the outcome of a game, spin, hand or other gambling event within the Service.
  • "Wager" means the act of placing a Bet, and also refers to the cumulative amount of Bets required to be placed in order to meet the turnover conditions attached to a Bonus or promotion.
  • "Bonus" means any promotional value granted by the Operator to a Player, including but not limited to deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournament entries, loyalty rewards and similar incentives, whether in the form of bonus money, restricted funds or other benefits.
  • "Bonus Funds" means non-withdrawable funds credited to a Player Account as part of a Bonus, which may be converted into withdrawable cash only after all applicable wagering requirements and other conditions have been fulfilled.
  • "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player, plus any winnings that are not subject to active wagering requirements, and which are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
  • "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling with the Operator is not lawful or where the Operator has elected not to offer the Service, which currently includes, for the avoidance of doubt, Australia as a result of ACMA enforcement actions.
  • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification and due diligence procedures implemented by the Operator, including the collection and assessment of documents and information to verify a Player's identity, age, source of funds and residence.
  • "ACMA" means the Australian Communications and Media Authority, the Australian regulator responsible for enforcing the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) in relation to illegal offshore gambling services.
  • "Responsible Gambling Tools" means features such as deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion options made available to help Users manage their gambling activity.
  • "Applicable Law" means the laws and regulations of Curaçao, and any other laws or regulatory requirements that are determined by a competent authority to apply to the Operator or the Service. References to Australian law in these Terms are for disclosure and informational purposes and do not imply local authorisation.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You may only open a Player Account and use the Service if you are at least 18 years old or older than the legal age for gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher. The Operator will treat any breach of this condition as a serious violation and may void all winnings and return only remaining deposits subject to Applicable Law.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: You must not open or use an Account if you are located in, a resident of, or otherwise connected with a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including Australia. By registering, you confirm that access to and use of the Service is not illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction and that you are not listed on any sanctions or exclusion registers.
  • One account policy: You may hold only one Player Account with the Operator for the Bizzoo brand. Duplicate, shared or third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure, forfeiture of Bonuses and voiding of winnings.

Registration Process

  • Account creation: To open an Account you must complete the online registration form, providing at least your full name, date of birth, country of residence, valid email address, chosen password and any other information requested by the Operator.
  • Email verification: After submitting the registration form, you may be required to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link sent to the address provided. The Operator may restrict or block access to the Account until email verification is successfully completed.
  • KYC and identity checks: At any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when cumulative deposits or activity thresholds are reached, the Operator may request KYC documents, including but not limited to:
    • a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence);
    • proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, official letter) not older than 3 months;
    • proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g., copy of bank card with obscured digits, bank statement, e-wallet screenshot); and
    • additional information or documents relating to source of funds or source of wealth.
    Failure or refusal to complete KYC may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of funds as permitted by Applicable Law.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Service is true, accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly notify the Operator of any changes to your details. The use of aliases or false identities, or impersonation of others, is strictly prohibited.
  • Password and account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not. You must:
    • choose a strong and unique password;
    • not share your credentials with any third party;
    • log out after each session; and
    • immediately notify the Operator at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
    The Operator is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials unless directly caused by its own negligence or wilful misconduct.
  • Use of account: Your Account is for personal, non-commercial use only and must not be used on behalf of or for the benefit of others, or for any unlawful, fraudulent or money laundering purposes. You confirm that all funds deposited originate from lawful sources and belong exclusively to you.
  • Responsible gambling: You are encouraged to use available Responsible Gambling Tools and to gamble only what you can afford to lose. The Operator may, in its discretion, impose limits or close your Account if it has concerns about your gambling behaviour.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Game rules: The rules, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and specific conditions for each game are either displayed within the game interface or available via a help or information section. By placing a Bet you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game, table or bet type has its own minimum and maximum stake limits as defined by the relevant game provider or the Operator. Attempts to place Bets below the minimum or above the maximum may be rejected or automatically adjusted.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted only once it has been processed and recorded on the Operator's servers. The transaction ID and updated balance displayed after confirmation constitute conclusive evidence of the Bet and its outcome, subject to the error provisions below.
  • Currency: Bets are placed in the account currency selected during registration, subject to any available currency options. Where currency conversion is required, it will occur at the rate and in the manner determined by the Operator or relevant payment provider, which may include fees or spreads.

Modification, Cancellation and Errors

  • Irreversible bets: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, withdrawn or modified by the Player. It is your responsibility to review your selections and stake size before confirming a Bet.
  • Obvious errors ("palpable errors"): In the event of an obvious error (including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds, payouts, game results, software malfunctions, or displayed balances), the Operator reserves the right to:
    • void the affected Bet(s);
    • re-set the Bet(s) to the correct terms as they should have been; and/or
    • adjust the Account balance to the position it would have been in absent the error.
    The Operator will act reasonably in determining whether an error has occurred and will notify the Player where practicable.
  • Disconnections and interruptions: If your connection is lost during a game, the outcome may be determined by the game server and reflected in your Account once the connection is restored. In some cases, you may be able to resume the interrupted game from the point of disconnection. The Operator is not responsible for failures caused by your equipment, internet connection or third-party networks.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Behaviour standards: When participating in live casino games, chats or other interactive features, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other players. You must not:
    • use offensive, abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise discriminatory language;
    • harass, threaten, stalk or abuse others; or
    • promote illegal activities or external services.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not engage in cheating, collusion, use of bots, automated scripts, advantage play based on software or hardware manipulation, exploitation of bugs or any attempts to gain an unfair advantage. The Operator may void Bets, withhold winnings, close Accounts and report suspected fraud or criminal activity to relevant authorities.
  • Content monitoring: The Operator may monitor, record and retain chat communications and live sessions to enforce these rules, protect other Users and comply with regulatory obligations. The Operator may mute, suspend or permanently block Users who breach conduct standards.

Bonus Terms

Activation and Availability of Bonuses

  • Bonus offers: From time to time, the Operator may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to these Terms, specific promotional terms and any additional conditions published on the Website at the time of the offer.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to certain Player categories, regions, payment methods or account statuses. The Operator may decline to issue or may cancel a Bonus where it reasonably believes that:
    • you are in a Prohibited Jurisdiction (including Australia);
    • you have breached these Terms or specific bonus rules; or
    • there is actual or suspected bonus abuse, fraud, arbitrage or collusion.
  • Activation: To activate a Bonus you may be required to:
    • enter a bonus code during deposit;
    • select the Bonus in the cashier or promotions section; or
    • follow other specific steps indicated in the promotion.
    Failure to follow the instructions may result in the Bonus not being credited.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Standard wagering: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, Bonuses and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, deposit amount, or both (for example, 40x the Bonus amount). You must meet the stated wagering requirements before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
  • Contribution of games: Different games may contribute differently towards the wagering requirements. As a general guideline:
    • video slots and similar games may contribute 100%;
    • some special or low-risk slots may contribute a reduced percentage or be excluded;
    • table games, live casino, and video poker may contribute a lower percentage or 0%.
    The exact contribution rates and excluded games are specified in the bonus-specific terms and on the Website.
  • Time limits: Each Bonus may carry a specific validity period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) within which wagering requirements must be met. Unused Bonuses and any associated winnings may be forfeited upon expiry. Timeframes stated in promotional materials will be treated as extended to at least 31 December 2026 unless otherwise updated on the Website.

Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse

  • Irregular play: The following, without limitation, may be considered irregular play or Bonus abuse:
    • placing single Bets or series of Bets of disproportionate size compared to prior wagering patterns, especially after a Bonus has been credited;
    • using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to artificially complete wagering (for example, betting on both red and black in roulette);
    • delaying game rounds, such as free spins or bonus features, to a later time when no wagering requirement applies; and
    • creating multiple Accounts or collaborating with other Players to exploit Bonus offers.
  • Maximum bet with bonus: There may be a maximum Bet limit when wagering with an active Bonus (for example, a maximum of a specified amount per spin or game round). Stakes above the stated maximum may be deemed irregular play, and any related winnings may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
  • Combining promotions: Unless expressly permitted, you may not combine multiple Bonuses or promotions in a manner that results in overlapping wagering requirements on the same deposit or Bets. Only one active deposit Bonus can generally be in play at any given time.
  • Consequences of abuse: In the event of actual or suspected Bonus abuse, the Operator may:
    • cancel Bonuses and related winnings;
    • adjust Account balances;
    • close or block Accounts; and/or
    • report relevant information to regulators or other operators as allowed by Applicable Law.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: Subject to availability in your jurisdiction and at the Operator's discretion, deposits may be made using:
    • bank cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard);
    • e-wallets and online payment services;
    • bank transfers; and
    • certain cryptocurrencies supported by the Operator or its payment agents, including TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited.
    Not all methods will be available in all regions, and some may be restricted in relation to Prohibited Jurisdictions, including Australia.
  • Deposit limits and fees: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction or per period, which are displayed in the cashier section. The Operator generally does not charge deposit fees but reserves the right to do so, in which case the applicable fee will be clearly disclosed prior to confirmation. Your bank or payment provider may charge separate fees.
  • Processing times: Deposits are usually credited to your Player Account promptly after the Operator or its payment processor confirms receipt. In some cases, delays may occur due to additional verification, payment system outages or anti-fraud checks. The Operator is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

  • General conditions: You may request withdrawals from your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to:
    • successful completion of KYC checks;
    • compliance with these Terms and any applicable bonus conditions; and
    • availability of the requested payment method.
  • Withdrawal methods and limits: Withdrawals will, where feasible, be processed via the same payment method and to the same account used for deposits. The Operator may set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week or month, which will be displayed in the cashier or notified separately.
  • Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within several business days, subject to the degree of verification required. Actual receipt of funds may be delayed by your payment provider or bank. The Operator is not responsible for external processing delays.
  • Verification and source of funds: The Operator may, at any time and without obligation to provide advance notice, require additional documentation evidencing your identity, residence and source of funds. Withdrawals may be paused or cancelled until the requested information is provided and reviewed to the Operator's satisfaction.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for wagering. In exceptional circumstances, and at the Operator's sole discretion, a refund of unused deposited funds may be considered, provided that:
    • no wagering or minimal wagering has occurred; and
    • there is no suspicion of fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse.
    Any associated Bonus may be cancelled and related winnings voided if a refund is granted.
  • Chargebacks: You must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Operator's support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution. Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
    • immediate suspension or closure of your Account;
    • debt collection measures for outstanding amounts; and
    • reporting to relevant authorities and industry databases.
  • Refunding Bets and Bonuses: In the event of game malfunctions, system failures or obvious errors, the Operator may, where appropriate and lawful:
    • void affected Bets and return stakes to the Real Money Balance;
    • re-credit Bonus Funds incorrectly debited; or
    • adjust balances to reflect the correct outcome.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator undertakes to provide the Service using reputable game providers and to implement reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to ensure that game outcomes are fair, random and not manipulated. Games are typically based on certified random number generators (RNGs) and/or regulated live-dealer systems.
  • Accuracy of results: The results of games as recorded on the Operator's servers shall be considered final and binding, subject only to correction in the event of manifest error or system malfunction. Display discrepancies between your device and the server do not alter the actual game outcome.
  • Security: The Operator will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data and funds against unauthorised access and misuse, consistent with its technical capabilities, regulatory obligations and the separate Privacy Policy. However, it does not guarantee absolute security.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Technical failures and interruptions: The Operator is not liable for:
    • interruptions, delays or failures caused by your device, internet connection, ISP, hardware, software or other external systems;
    • incompatibility of the Service with your device or configuration; or
    • any indirect consequences of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, updates or downtime.
  • Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of payment providers, financial institutions, telecommunication providers, software vendors or other third parties whose services you use to access or fund the Service.
  • Indirect and consequential losses: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
  • Prohibited Jurisdictions: The Service is not authorised in Australia or other Prohibited Jurisdictions. The Operator bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from your decision to access or use the Service in breach of local laws, including Australian gambling laws.

Maximum Liability

  • Cap on compensation: Without prejudice to the foregoing exclusions, and to the extent that the Operator is found liable to you by a competent authority or court, the maximum aggregate liability of the Operator to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific Bet, game round or transaction shall not exceed the greater of:
    • the amount of the Bet or Stake placed on the game or transaction giving rise to the claim; or
    • the value of the actual loss directly suffered by you, up to but not exceeding the amount of funds in your Player Account at the relevant time.
  • Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. However, given the offshore nature of the Service and its inaccessibility in Australia, such rights may only be enforceable in the Operator's jurisdiction of licensing.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All content made available through the Service and on bizzoo-au.com in connection with Bizzoo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, games, software, underlying source code, user interfaces and data compilations, is owned by the Operator, its licensors or other third-party rightsholders and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited licence: Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.

Restrictions on Use

  • Prohibited acts: You must not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
    • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any part of the Service or Website content;
    • distribute, transmit, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise exploit the Service or any content for commercial purposes;
    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to discover the source code of any software used in connection with the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by Applicable Law; or
    • remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
  • Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos used in connection with Bizzoo or displayed on bizzoo-au.com are the property of their respective owners. You are not granted any rights to use such marks without express written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy reference: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data in connection with the Service are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
  • Data processing: The Operator will process your personal data for purposes including account administration, KYC and anti-fraud checks, transaction processing, marketing (where permitted), responsible gambling, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution, in accordance with Applicable Law in its licensing jurisdiction and any mandatory data protection standards that apply.
  • Disclosure to authorities: The Operator may disclose information about you to regulators, law enforcement agencies, payment providers and other third parties where necessary to comply with legal obligations, including obligations to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, or where required by an order of a competent authority.

Changes to Terms

Amendment Procedure

  • Right to modify: The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in Applicable Law, regulatory guidance, technical developments, service offerings, or business needs.
  • Notification of changes: Material changes to these Terms will, where practicable, be communicated to you by one or more of the following means:
    • email sent to the address registered in your Account;
    • an on-site notice or banner displayed upon login or in a prominent area of the Website; or
    • other electronic communication methods reasonably calculated to reach active Users.

Acceptance and Effective Date

  • Effective from: Unless otherwise specified, amended Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice or, if no date is specified, upon publication on the Website. The "last updated" date will be set no earlier than 1 January 2026 and adjusted with each substantive revision.
  • Continued use: By continuing to access or use the Service after the effective date of updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request closure of your Account.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict or close your Account and/or void Bets, cancel Bonuses and withhold funds (subject to Applicable Law) if it reasonably believes that:
    • you have breached these Terms or any game or bonus rules;
    • you have provided false or misleading information or failed to complete KYC;
    • you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, cheating or other criminal activity;
    • you are located in or otherwise connected to a Prohibited Jurisdiction such as Australia; or
    • such action is necessary for regulatory, legal or security reasons.
  • Temporary suspension: In cases requiring investigation, your Account may be temporarily suspended, with access to funds restricted, while the Operator carries out appropriate checks. The Operator will endeavour to complete such investigations within a reasonable time.

Player-Initiated Closure

  • Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, the Operator may require verification of your identity and may settle any outstanding Bets or obligations.
  • Responsible gambling measures: If you wish to self-exclude or impose limits due to gambling concerns, you should explicitly state this in your request so that appropriate Responsible Gambling Tools can be applied where available.

Effects of Termination

  • Remaining funds: Upon closure of your Account (other than due to fraud or serious breach), any remaining Real Money Balance, less applicable fees or charges, will be paid to you using a method selected by the Operator, subject to successful completion of KYC checks and compliance with these Terms.
  • Bonuses and winnings: On termination, all active Bonuses and any unconverted Bonus Funds will be cancelled and forfeited. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may also be forfeited if closure is due to bonus abuse or breach of promotional terms.
  • Survival: Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should reasonably survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution) shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Primary governing law: These Terms, your use of the Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that would lead to the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
  • Australian law disclosure: For Users who access information from Australia, you acknowledge that:
    • the Service constitutes an offshore gambling service;
    • the Australian regulator (ACMA) has identified Bizzo/Bizzoo-related services as breaching the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth); and
    • accessing or using such services from Australia may contravene local law, even though the Operator itself is not licensed or located in Australia.
    This disclosure does not create any submission by the Operator to Australian jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaint process: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] with full details. If you are unsatisfied with the response, you may escalate your complaint to [email protected]. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond to complaints within a reasonable period.
  • Regulatory escalation: If, after completing the internal complaints process, your issue remains unresolved and relates to the fairness of games or other regulatory matters under the Curaçao licence, you may contact the licensing authority or its designated complaints channel, such as [email protected], referencing licence number 8048/JAZ2017-067.
  • Courts and arbitration: Subject to any mandatory arbitration or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms required by the licensing authority, any legal action or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Curaçao. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts with respect to any such proceedings.
